Strategy and history video games company
A saga begins
Combat Time was born in 2017 with the aim of producing video games linked to historical events. Our first release in the sector was the turn-based strategy video game "Numantia". Recognizing the untapped potential and drawing from the experience acquired over the years, we have made the decision to undergo a complete redesign of the title. This has led to the creation of what we now proudly present as 'Songs of Steel: Hispania,' a collaborative effort with Meteorbyte Studio. The official launch is slated for the second quarter of 2024. This new video game, more ambitious and comprehensive than ever before, marks the inauguration of the 'Songs of Steel' saga.
Songs of Steel
"Songs of Steel: Hispania" combines the best of turn-based strategy titles such as "Age of Wonders" or "The Banner Saga", with its excellent combat mechanics and a careful narrative. The game tells the story of the two-decades-long war fought between Rome and Numantia (153 BC-133 BC). Players are given the option to choose the side they wants to fight for: Rome or the Celtiberians. Conquer or defend Hispania.
Combat Time plans to expand its operations in the technology and entertainment sector, encompassing everything from app development to the production of animated series. In this regard, strengthening the "Songs of Steel" brand across all possible formats is one of the company's top priorities. "Songs of Steel" will narrate in its upcoming releases the epic battles that took place in Carthage, Masada, and Constantinople.
